You can G.R.O.W. with Us by becoming our StreetScapes Truck Washer (CDL Required) SCHEDULE: 2pm - 10:30pm THE ROLE Under general supervision, safely and efficiently moves and washes trucks within the fleet to maintain and preserve fleet operations and appearance. Great entry level position for a person with the required knowledge, but no required experience. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Efficiently cleans, washes and details all vehicles, trucks and equipment. Maintains a safe and cleanly work area by adhering to all federal, state, local and company health and safety guidelines, rules, policies, procedures and best practices. Properly and safely stores and maintains all cleaning equipment and materials. Identifies, reports and takes appropriate action regarding any damages or hazards related to the fleet. QUALIFICATIONS Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to qualify is: Principles and practices of job site safety, potential job hazards, and state and local regulations. Common procedures and general Company operations, following established methods and standing instructions. High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license. Valid Class "B" license may be required for some positions. Skills and / or Ability to: Ability to promote the WASTE ZERO philosophy by making the best and highest use of all resources. Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations and maintain flexibility. Ability to maintain high levels of activity or productivity; operating with effectiveness, and determination over extended periods of time. Ability to understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to consistently build knowledge and expertise about current job. Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, effectively with peers, supervisors and customers. Ability to clearly communicate on a two-way radio or similar device.
