Zions Bancorporation Treasury Management Sales Consultant - Seattle, WA (In Office) in Seattle, Washington

The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is currently seeking the optimal candidate to fill a Treasury Management Sales Consultant position in Seattle, WA. This is a 100% in office role. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client support and maintaining the back-office administration for all TM products and services. The ideal candidate will have a banking background with a working knowledge of Treasury Management products including but not limited to ACH Origination, Account Analysis, Bill Pay, Credit/Debit Cards, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Sweeps.

Responsibilities :

· Provides primary servicing support for portfolio clients of high value, complex Treasury Management relationships.

· Responsible for expanding and building relationships, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing the treasury needs of clients.

· Track client-related issues to resolution, including those handed off to other teams for action and ensures client issues are resolved appropriately and expeditiously.

· Escalate issues as necessary with bankers, management, and product/vendor management teams.

· Responsible for properly aligning loan clients with treasury products, which fit their ongoing needs.

· Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross sell opportunities.

· Facilitates onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.

· Review sales, service and implementation processes to recommend process efficiencies.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

· Requires a Bachelor's in business, finance or related field and some banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience.

· A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

· Basic knowledge of banking, treasury management, banking/treasury products and procedures.

· Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

· Good sales, client product and relationship management skills.

· Good influence, problem resolution, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to effectively multitask, complete assignments and meet deadlines.

· Good attention to detail.

· Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office products.
