Senior Analyst, Treasury

Qualtrics is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our growing Treasury function. Why We Have This Role

This professional will be responsible for planning and executing core Treasury management activities in North America, APJ and EMEA including cash management, cash forecasting, short-term investments, bank account management, Treasury Management System implementation as well as managing policies and processes in a fast-growing environment. The person in this role will partner with key stakeholders in other Finance functions- FP&A, Accounting, Legal and Corporate Finance to drive business initiatives and ensure all company and regulatory standards are met.

This role will report into the Treasurer of the company.

How You Will Grow

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop expertise in global Treasury management, including cash management, cash forecasting, and short-term investments

  • Expand your network by building relationships with key stakeholders across Finance functions, including FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Finance

  • Implement Treasury Management System and manage ongoing maintenance

  • Take on leadership responsibilities, mentoring and guiding junior team members

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and professional development

  • Contribute to the development of Treasury policies and procedures, and implement process improvements

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects, such as working capital management and capital markets initiatives

  • Work closely with the Treasurer and other senior leaders to drive business initiatives and strategic decision-making

What We're Looking for on Your Resume

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance or related fields; public company experience preferred

  • Experience with using managing Treasury management system

  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills and experience managing 13-week rolling forecast for the company

  • Adaptable, team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships

  • Good communication and project management skills

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
