The Travel Risk Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for supporting the travel risk management program by leveraging various project and risk tools. The Coordinator leads efforts to build and sustain logistical and safety support networks for complex environments. Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Source and maintain a roster of location-specific and task-specific vendors including the establishment of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOW), and an audit schedule.
  3. Establish escalation protocols for vendors as relates to internal stakeholders while ensuring proper Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are in place to reduce internal friction and ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged when necessary.
  4. Assess destination risks from a health, environment, and security perspective.
  5. Coordinate extensively with internal stakeholders to include travel, intelligence, security, crisis management, insurance, and benefits.
  6. Coordinate delivery of pre-deployment training to include vendor selection and oversight.
  7. Financial administration of internal resources and vendors including extensive coordination with internal Finance teams.
  8. Operational support to the larger team, as needed.
  9. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in risk, political science, or international relations and at least three years of related professional experience in crisis management, security, or public safety.   • PMP certification or familiarity with project management principles, preferred.
  • A keen interest in and basic understanding of the geopolitical landscape.
  • A strong understanding of vendor management principles.
  • Able to maintain a complex deployment calendar entailing multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Able to rapidly shift from strategic programmatic to tactical operational in support of emergent events.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous administrative circumstances while building policies/procedures that ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  • Able to develop open communications at all levels while maintaining discretion.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office, Quip, and Airtable.

Salary & Benefits Information: Rate of pay: $95000 / year.
