Rate: $27.17/HR

Position Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED Required - College degree preferred

  • Standard computer / technology skills needed - Use of personal computer and standard office productivity software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications needed

  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

  • Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift

  • Must have great attention to detail

  • Must be comfortable conducting access control duties

  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English

  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service

  • Ability to prioritize assignments, identify needs, and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Required to stay current with all training and certifications

  • Reliable means of communication and transportation needed

  • Must possess and display a positive attitude

  • 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company

Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training):

  • Thorough understanding of standard Microsoft Office and Procedures

  • Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form

  • Ability to use personal computers and office productivity software

  • Excellent planning, organizing, and project coordination skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures

  • Ability to be an effective team member and handle projects responsibly

  • Courteous and professional while communicating via phone, e-mail or in person

  • Strong customer and results orientation

  • Basic Excel knowledge
