Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! Blue Origin is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Compliance Administrator. As part of a small, diverse, and hardworking team of specialists, you will play a critical role in facilitating Blue Origin's daily trade compliance activities: managing Trade Compliance tickets, researching and dispositioning restricted party screenings, and conducting weekly new employee Trade Compliance orientation. Additional responsibilities may include participating in audits and compliance reviews and providing support for licensing efforts through information collection and drafting authorizations. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required! Travel up to 10% of the time is expected in this position. Qualifications: Bachelor's degreein international trade, business administration, law, or a related field 2+ years of experience in trade compliance, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry. Working knowledge of U.S. export and import regulations including the International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Understand classifying hardware and technical data according to the U.S. Munitions List (USML) and the U.S. Commerce Control List (CCL). Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: Experience drafting applications for export and import authorization. Comfortable working with a customer focus in a high demand environment Desired knowledge of SNAP-R and DECCS portal systems Experience drafting policies and procedures Experience using Artificial Intelligence enabled tools Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $100,800.00-$141,120.00 Other site ranges may differ Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.
