We’re looking for an amazing sales professional to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person (in office) Tuesday to Thursday each week. You’ll be responsible for oversight and administration of an assigned trade channel group driving net ticket revenue sales and providing exceptional sales support to those partners within the channel. This individual will implement and execute a specific strategy for the channel and serve as the company’s designated channel subject matter expert. In addition, this role will provide back-office support to the senior managers of National and Strategic Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and administration of an assigned trade channel group driving net ticket revenue sales and providing exceptional sales support to those partners within the channel.

  • Manage specific trade channel(s) portfolio to meet or exceed an annual/quarterly net ticket revenue target for assigned accounts.

  • Proactively communicate with assigned accounts to drive incremental business, communicate sales initiatives and address partner issues. As part of this function, they will be accountable for the attainment of annual/quarterly net ticket revenue targets for their assigned channel/partner portfolio.

  • Conduct a minimum of 10 outbound sales calls to accounts with assigned channel portfolio.

  • Provide daily back-office support to national and strategic account senior managers including partner follow-up, issue resolution, hosted group programs, report distribution, cooperative funding processing and other sales activities as assigned

  • Provide virtual brand and product training to trade channel partners on a regular cadence to drive advisor education and awareness.

  • Support national and strategic account partners with marketing collateral and promotional support.

  • Attend national and partnership conferences and on-site sales calls as required by assigned trade channel portfolio.

  • Serve as subject matter expert for trade channel sales and programs.

  • Collaborate across operational units for channel product development and partner issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years relationship sales support experience

  • 2+ years supervisory experience

  • 2+ years targeted trade sales revenue generation

  • Strong knowledge of Holland America Line & Seabourn Product

  • Telephone sales support experience

  • Previous Holland America Line / Seabourn reservation experience is preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in all major Microsoft Office applications required

  • Expert multi-tasking and project management skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Self-starter, team player and able to work independently

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America Line is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Hourly Range: $19.18 – 25.91 an hour. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
