Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Tier 2 Video Technician to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive video conference rooms and Surface Hub systems uptime utilizing daily checks

• Respond quickly to incidents and assist in person

• Perform video conferencing hardware and systems repair and build

• Open, manage, and close / escalate incidents in ServiceNow

• Monitor incident and preventative maintenance queue

• Drive systems uptime

• Continuously improve, train, and shadow

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of IT experience

• Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

• Must be reliable and punctual

• Must be a team player

• Must be able to follow directions and be dependable

• Great verbal and written communication skills

• Must be mechanically inclined

• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs and travel the building on foot

• Will be working with basic set of tools

$28.50 - $30.00 per hour
