Job Title: Temporary Collection Specialist This job posting will close by Friday, September 6th at 5:00pm PT, or when the position has been filled. We are seeking a self-motivated Temporary Collections Specialist for a four-month contract to join our Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with experience in collections and the ability to manage and follow up on collectable invoices. What You'll Do • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections. • Send out communications, including reminders to pay and promise-to-pay agreements. • Perform repetitive tasks involving Excel, Oracle, and internal tracking systems to maintain accurate records. • Collaborate with the finance operations team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to collections. What You'll Bring • Proven experience in collections, preferably within a corporate setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately. • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
