Job Title: Temporary Collection Specialist This job posting will close by Friday, September 6th at 5:00pm PT, or when the position has been filled. We are seeking a self-motivated Temporary Collections Specialist for a four-month contract to join our Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with experience in collections and the ability to manage and follow up on collectable invoices. What You'll Do • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections. • Send out communications, including reminders to pay and promise-to-pay agreements. • Perform repetitive tasks involving Excel, Oracle, and internal tracking systems to maintain accurate records. • Collaborate with the finance operations team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to collections. What You'll Bring • Proven experience in collections, preferably within a corporate setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately. • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
