Aerotek Technician in Seattle, Washington

URGENT HIRING NEED

12-month contract to hire

Description:

Seeking a technician/wire/ cable harnesser to work on the Hydrogen Haul Truck project. This individual will perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions.

Responsibilities :

-Build wire and cable harnesses per engineering instructions, both verbal and written (mostly verbal)

-Assemble prototyped parts and new assemblies

-Work with other technicians and engineers on solutions for various assembly challenges

-Blueprint reading as well as read Schematics

-Solder Electrical wires, cable pulling, wire bundle Assembly, Strip wires

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Current or expired harness assembly, crimping and soldering certifications (IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001, or equivalent)

-Ability to read electro-mechanical schematics and mechanical blueprints

-Experience building wire/ cable harnesses

-Repair and maintain test assets

-Proficient with computers, the ability to use MS Office
