Summary:

• Client is looking for a Technical Content Writer to lead our documentation of our complex operations, build handbooks, and product features for our customers.

• In this role, you will influence how we deliver zero-touch cost controllership and scaling experience for thousands of SDO builders and service owners.

• You must have experience writing documentation for APIs, SDKs, components, and tools. Your documentation will be used by internal software developers.

• This position requires precise documentation and clear communication and presentation skills, along with a solid understanding of software engineering.

• If you are interested in contributing to and earning customer trust in how our automated decision-making systems execute 100Ks of monthly capacity procurement and allocation action for 100+ events per year across 20+ stores and thousands of services, then this job is for you.

Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist

• Experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams

• Experience with a markup language such as HTML or XML

• Strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Experience with content management systems, content tools, and SEO

• English Bachelor's Degree, technical writing, or related field, or comparable job experience

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist, with a focus on software or workflow applications

• Experience working with product and UI designers and writing UI text

• Experience working as part of a global team with remote colleagues

• Experience creating content for translation and localization

• Experience working in an agile content development environment

Must have skills:

• Writing and documenting API’s

• Working with Content Management systems
