Essential Functions and Primary Duties Develop extensive skills in audit procedures/facilitation, SEC reporting and technical GAAP Enhance professional oral and written communication skills Exhibit a professional, business-like demeanor Apply problem solving skills and deliver ARC Consulting methodology on engagements Build and broaden industry knowledge to support organization and functional initiatives Exercise professional judgment on engagements by identifying issues and providing proactive solutions Provide recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency to clients Demonstrate leadership and provide guidance to other engagement team members Proactively manage career - set goals and career plans with Managing Directors Manager Responsibilities include: Contribute to strong client relationships through meaningful interactions with high level client personnel Understand engagement as it relates to client's business and industry Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of client industries Assume responsibility for leading execution on all engagements Perform engagement planning and communicate status updates Manage staff and manager utilization through delegation Ensure high quality of engagement related products/deliverables
