In this position, you will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of digital technology within our organization. Your expertise in creating effective training content, measuring impact, and fostering awareness will be crucial to our digital transformation. What You Will Do Create Training Content Develop engaging training content - both written and video-based training materials for technology services Tailor to various user levels; beginner, intermediate, advanced) and specific job roles. Source, evaluate, and manage 3rd party developed and delivered content and vendors. Create Awareness and Adoption of Programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement adoption & training programs. Create engaging campaigns to promote technology tools and features. Conduct workshops, webinars, and lunch-and-learns to educate employees. Coordinate and partner with 3rd party experts to deliver training and adoption programs. Define and develop KPIs Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of adoption initiatives. Regularly evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. Provide data-driven insights to IT leadership Implement Organizational Change Apply the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Action, Reinforcement) to drive behavior change. Collaborate with change, project, program, and product management teams to align adoption efforts with organizational goals. Program Management Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources. Monitor participant feedback and continuously improve training delivery. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (computer science, engineering, etc.). 5+ years of experience in training program management. Certifications in the Prosci methodology are highly desired. Familiarity with Agile methods - Scrum Master certification is a plus. Salary Range $70,000 - $90,000 annually. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
