As an Account Executive, you will support business development and sales efforts for our Western Washington region. Activities will include developing and maintaining a sales plan, account management, lead generation and opportunity development, proposal development including responding to RFPs and RFQs, and strategic guidance for our business. You will support and develop consultative relationships with potential and existing clients and utilize McKinstry tools, processes, and strategies to support these efforts. You will engage directly with the market and with all McKinstry business units for integrated delivery.Our sales success with clients hinges on a consultative sales approach that engages clients in the issues and challenges they are facing with their facilities. What we would like to see from you:Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business experience. Prior experience in building infrastructure systems, facility management, facility maintenance and operations, and/or critical facilities such as data centers.Prior experience or knowledge of in performance contracting.Experience in leadership, sales, and/or marketing with an energy services or related organization, with responsibilities for identifying leads, closing sales, and providing oversight to a project implementation team required.Project Management profic
