Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with hiring managers to craft dynamic job descriptions and identify the skills required for technical roles with security clearance. You will source, identify, and recommend candidates using multiple methods, acting as a subject matter expert on market trends and competitive intelligence. Additionally, you will partner with HR for compensation offers, compliance, onboarding, and other processes. Your role involves maintaining a network of contacts to source qualified candidates, ensuring a world-class candidate experience, and driving the recruitment process with a clear commitment to urgent business needs. You will also ensure that recruiting and hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws and guidelines.
Hard Skills
Experience with Secret/TS Engineering cleared talent
5+ years of full-lifecycle cleared technical recruiting experience in the defense/aerospace industry
Extensive experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies
Knowledge of OFCCP regulations
Familiarity with defense and aerospace industry security clearance standards
University Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide inspiring information to candidates
Strong networking skills
Capability to act as a subject matter expert
Commitment to delivering on commitments with urgency
Job Type
This is 1 year contract with the possibility of being converted or extended beyond this time period
Work Site
This is a fully remote position.
-candidates must be US CITIZENS ONLY
-seeking candidates with a 4 year degree and 5 years of related experience
-hours are flexible, but need to be available for customer needs. General hours are 8-5 or 9-6 with flexibility. This could be across multiple time zones. IE: if someone was working 9-6 PST, they may need to support something in EST outside of those hours
-role is 100% remote -while no travel is anticipated....could be a VERY SLIGHT possibility (10%) to attend an onsite job fair
This role will require candidates to pass a 5 panel drug screen.
