This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-liftorbital launch vehicle capable ofroutinelycarrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar,and beyond.Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designedfrom the beginningto be human-capable. As part of the New Glenn Program Management Office, you will work at the intersection of program management, engineering, supply chain, and production organizations, improving team efficiency and coordination. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to own the curation of program-level reporting for the New Glenn leadership team. As the primary point of contact, you must enjoy a collaborative work environment, solving communication and business process challenges, and storytelling with data. This is a high-visibility assignment that requires attention to detail, highly developed communication skills, execution with urgency, and the ability to work under minimal direction. Responsibilities: Lead and manage demand planning project initiatives, including hardware lifecycle tracking requiring integration with Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Build performance indicators and data reports providing process insights. Drive process improvements to continuously improve program operation. May be asked to lead special integration projects to support New Glenn. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. degree in engineering or other technical field 3+ years' experience in design, development, integration, or testing - preferably with aerospace hardware or complex technical systems. Possess high attention to detail and strong organizational / coordination skills Proven ability to build trusting and effective working relationships that improve team performance and deliver results Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Desired: Experience in the development of launch vehicles Experience with human spaceflight or high-performance aircraft systems Experience with Primavera (P6), DOORS, CREO, Windchill Experience with data analytics Working familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Tableau Experience across multiple portions of the product life cycle Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $91,800---$128,520 USD Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
