Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator to sit in Seattle, WA and join one of North America's largest retail clients. The ideal candidate will be joining the Platform Engineering team as the team continues their support of GitLab and different observability platforms such as GitHub and Splunk. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for helping support the Program Manager with project documentation such as reports and plans, schedules, potentially assigning tasks to team members and creating detailed PP decks for stakeholder presentations.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of Project Coordinator experience with a focus on technical platform/product delivery projects

Experience supporting multiple initiatives within a business unit

Experience with documentation and reporting such as plans, schedules, and presentation decks

Cross functional communication Retail Technology Experience (TMO, Nordstrom, REI, Nike) null
