Robert Half is looking for a talented IT Program Manager to assist our Top 5 Global E-Commerce client!

LOCATION: Seattle, WA

SCHEDULE: Hybrid – onsite Tues and Thurs each week, remote Mon, Weds, Fri

• You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that affect legal customers across an array of legal products.

• You will work on projects that require timely execution with the highest degrees of security performance availability and reliability.

• You will act as a bridge between customers and all internal stakeholders engineers product managers program managers and legal tech leadership.

• You will be joining a very fast paced team and will have the ability to make a huge impact within a very short duration.

• The TPM will provide escalation management anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

  Requirements

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or related field

  • 3-5 years industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required

  • A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through deployment in waterfall agile and hybrid environments

  • Ability to define requirements write user stories with acceptance criteria plan and manage UATs provide status updates and draft launch communications.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done

  • Excellent written and oral communication
