As a Technical ProgramManager , you will plan and direct schedules, monitor the project from

initiation through delivery, and organize cross-team activities ensuring

completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. To

facilitate on-time product delivery, you will work with a variety of

stakeholders to prioritize work, identify and resolve dependencies, and

maintain organizational focus. You will provide leadership and expertise in the

development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the

leading edge of technology, and to recommend and justify major changes to

existing products/services/processes.

A focus on User

Experience, and research driven decisions, related to making complex cloud

services more user friendly for customers is preferred for this position.

Basic

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ComputerScience or related field; MBA is a plus

  • 5 years experience managing the development andimplementation of software products

  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influenceskills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational, verbal and writtencommunication skills

  • Ability to team with product managers toestablish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectationsand insuring our product and services meet our high standards for securityexcellence

  • Ability to succeed through collaboration andworking through internal and external organizations and individuals

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
