As part of a passionate and accomplished team, you will work at the intersection of program management, data engineering, and software engineering within our Lunar Engineering Data Systems and Architecture Team. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of agile software development in support of engineering and manufacturing, so relevant experience in those areas is highly desired. We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.You will be primarily responsible for managing the project scope of data systems and software development. This includes managing and reporting on resource-loaded schedules, budgets, staffing needs, program risk, and variances to the plan. You will work to increase the speed and efficiency of the program by supporting the timely delivery, quality, and transparency of data to support program business systems, scheduling tools, budget systems, and planning tools. In this role, you will be responsible for providing project leadership in support of Blue Origin's Lunar Program initiatives. This role will follow the product through the entire lifecycle. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Project Schedule(s) within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Perform schedule baseline change control, collect & track performance, conduct critical path & variance analyses Manage software status, supporting both internal and external demand Maintain budgets and implementation of software in support of the project Develop and deliver content for operational reviews with internal leadership Collaborate with all involved departments to access and collect data that informs decision making in an agile environment Build and maintain tools, analytics, and reporting to highlight performance metrics and other key information Deliver actionable insights on financial performance and opportunities to reduce costs without impacting performance Complete cost-benefit justifications on strategic optimization decisions, including make-buy/where analysis, should-cost modeling, capacity analysis, staffing profiles, capital expenditure analysis, and tracking, and cash flow modeling Lead planning and execution-centered process improvements to reduce cost, shorten cycle time, ensure data integrity, improve quality, and enhance safety through risk management Develop standards for and administer the tools for program scheduling, resource planning, cost analysis, and reporting Reduce and close risks and identify opportunities Manage key program metrics (and associated reporting tools) in areas such as: Budget, schedules, program management status reports, and resource plans Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with significant technical project management responsibility and proven technical depth 5-8 years of business analysis, software engineering development practices, DevOps methodologies, or consulting experience Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Strong wr
