Our experts have decades of experience in workforce policy and practice, labor policy, postsecondary transformation, economics, and adult education. We work together towards addressing structural barriers in the workforce across race, class, and gender. We provide rigorous research and evaluation, and results-driven technical assistance and training throughout the United States at all levels of the system. Our work focuses on: Career and technical education Postsecondary education Workforce policy and programs Adult learning Human capital solutions Individuals with disabilities This position will contribute to workforce projects at the regional, state, and national levels. They will assist with project deliverables, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and support project planning and business development tasks, requiring excellent communication and organization skills. Responsibilities The responsibilities for the position include: Contribute to project deliverables, training, and in-person and virtual technical assistance materials in collaboration with content experts Review, analyze, and synthesize information and/or data using appropriate practices and techniques Identify and synthesize research on evidence-based practices for the workforce program area Contribute to reports, proposals, and other writing assignments Communicate effectively with external clients and manage client tasks on a day-to-day basis Qualifications Education, Knowledge, and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience OR a Master's degree in a field such as public policy, sociology, public administration, social work, psychology, or education At least two years of experience in a related field or supporting TA projects (e.g., coordinating large streams of work, collecting, and analyzing data, developing resources) Knowledge an
