The Tax Analyst will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting global income tax compliance and reporting, process improvements, and various initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations, including disclosures
- Prepare federal and state income tax returns, including U.S. reporting of international operations
- Prepare and maintain documentation supporting tax positions
- Support income tax audits
- Assist with foreign income tax returns
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Support analysis and documentation of tax implications related to business initiatives
Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and the ability to research tax issues
- Experience working with tax software and financial reporting tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent
- CPA or CPA candidate
- 1-3 years of related experience

The annual base pay for this position is: $74,262.00 - $111,392.00
