We are currently seeking a Talent Development Operations Lead to join our growing and innovative Learning and Development team. We are on a mission to revisit our approach to training and learning systems across the enterprise. Are you a progressive and independent thinker who enjoys working on a collaborative team? Program Management

  • In this role you will lead and manage a myriad of HR program and processes (i.e. performance management, succession planning, employee survey) as well as evaluate our current Learning Management System, identify opportunities for improvement and build it for the future. You will provide process and system support and communication for performance management programs, succession planning, employee surveys. You will conduct regular reporting based on department’s needs.

Cross-functional Relationships & Customer Satisfaction

  • You will develop and maintain professional internal client relationships across departments and geographies.

  • You will act as a SME and point of contact for the enterprise regarding learning management system.

  • You will assist in gathering internal and external client insight to create process improvements.


  • You will set a standard for excellence in timely and professional communications, crafting messaging for HR related communications for employees and managers of McKinstry. You will create communication artifacts for enterprise-wide employee or manager communications.

What we would like to see from you:

  • 8+ years’ experience in leading and executing complex projects required

  • Experience providing business support in a large organization or multi-office environment required

  • Ability to hold a “balcony view” of multiple projects and priorities, managing stakeholder expectations and load-balancing to ensure timely and effective orchestration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field or equivalent professional experience

  • Demonstrated customer focus and experienced delivering high quality work within in a fast-paced, high volume environment

  • Advanced communications experience including business writing and highly proficient with Microsoft products required
