Devices and Services Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Program Manager (PM) who will be responsible for the Bar Raiser and Interview Experience (BRIX) Program, one of our most critical talent acquisition mechanisms at Amazon.Amazon Bar Raisers scale our ability to Hire and Develop the Best by enforcing the highest hiring standards, ensuring integrity of our interviewing practices, and delivering an outstanding Candidate Experience. Working collaboratively with senior business leaders, Bar Raiser core leadership teams, global TA leadership, and central team contacts, you will own the ongoing scaling and sustainability of this program and collaborate with your global peers to identify opportunities that will drive efficiency through innovation including leveraging technology and automation.You will work in a highly collaborative team environment, and have the opportunity to leverage creativity to drive innovation on a global scale. This is a critical role, requiring expertise in influencing at all levels and multiple geographies, proven experience taking ideas and turning them into strategic plans and driving execution. The successful candidate will have long lasting impact on the success of the Devices and Services organization.The candidate possesses program management experience ideally in the HR/recruiting space, and must have a track record of managing remote stakeholders, project delivery teams with strong backbone and bias for action to remove barriers to project success.The candidate will have the ability to implement big ideas, influence senior leadership, have exceptionally strong communication both written and verbal, and have led cross-regional initiatives.Being an Amazon Bar Raiser, Bar Raiser in Training or having worked intimately with Bar Raisers is a plus. Having a deep knowledge of the Amazon recruiting space- Recruiting Coordinators, Sourcers, Recruiters, interviewing, hiring events, and offers- is a distinct advantage.* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements* 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects* 5+ years of experience in program or project management* 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
