The Talent Acquisition Manager, University Programs will lead and develop a team of recruiters responsible for hiring to support Blue Origin's internship, new graduate and rotational programs. They will build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and partner with the University Relations team to support the creation of job requisitions and manage candidates through each step of the recruiting process. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities:Support the evolution of the talent acquisition team towards a function that is consistently viewed as a strategic, consultative and proactive partner with the businessEnsure your hiring partners receive world-class talent acquisition consultation and supportPartner with leadership and HR partners to develop and execute plans that identify and drive productivity improvements enabling the team to deliver against aggressive hiring goalsBuild and lead a team of high-performing recruiters in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentCollaborate with University Relations team to provide a seamless candidate experienceContinuously assess process to identify areas for process improvement and partner with your peers, HRBP and People Services to design and implement solutionsPartner with TA leadership and business leaders to strategize and execute on our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion priorities and drive recruiting-related initiatives to support diversity hiring effortsProvide regular updates to TA leadership and business leaders on progress against hiring targets and other key talent acquisition initiativesRequirements: 6+ years of talent acquisition experience to include university recruiting, high volume and technical rolesExperience mentoring, training, or leading a teamBachelors degree, or additional years of relevant experienceUnderstanding of full cycle recruiting and ability to develop, train and support a team of recruiters Strong proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms and how best to achieve full optimization and adoption Experience developing systems and processes to support smooth and efficient day-to-day operationsAbility to understand and use data to make strategic recommendationsExperience collaborating with cross functional teams to identify scalable solutions and set objectivesAbility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Desired:Demonstrated track record of building and supporting a successful team of recruiters from the ground upExperience working in a technology, engineering,
