Job Information

Amazon Support Engineer IV, Region Flex Migration in Seattle, Washington

Description

Amazon’s Region Flex Migration (RFM) Team is looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Seattle.

Who are we? We work to identify and resolve issues when migrating service(s) from one region to another internally. This includes the retail website, Alexa, Prime Video and more. Not only are we the front line when it comes to finding issues and resolving them before the general service teams run into blockers but we also work with our partner organizations to build tooling that allows service teams to spend as little engineering effort to perform their migrations.

In short, we are the front-line team performing service migrations across the broad scope of amazon services first to identify and resolve problems before the company as a whole becomes blocked.
