Job Description: This position involves regular communication with stakeholders and cross-team coordination and requires the ability to be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, possesses analytical abilities and has strong communication and reporting skills. Naturally dives deep to drive scheduling efficiency through data insights and is proficient in Microsoft Excel. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop schedules for operations in support of the program Drive operational/scheduling goals Review and process schedule change requests from stakeholders or operations teams Problem solve and anticipate problems before they occur Maintaining a high bar for customer satisfaction and engagement Basic qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience working in and admin role managing schedules or other customer facing roles Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience Proven track record of delivering results Demonstrated experience managing routine scheduling across multiple communication channels including phone, email and chat.
