ManpowerGroup Support Engineer I in Seattle, Washington

Our client, a leading innovator in voice technology, is seeking a Support Engineer I to join their team. As a Support Engineer I, you will be part of the Alexa Audio Team supporting engineers, scientists, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Engineer I

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $24-$27/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Own and define the triage mechanism for troubleshooting system failures.

  • Support all audio-related features including playback and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product teams to address wire deviations.

  • Identify and escalate root causes of system issues to relevant teams.

  • Analyze failure patterns and recommend system improvements to enhance audio quality.

What’s Needed?

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with APIs and logical problem-solving.

  • Ability to handle complex triage scenarios and escalate appropriately.
