Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading and delivering projects that bring data to life and new, more efficient operations through connected assets and products. From data collected from connected products and field services to the control tower spanning the end-to-end supply chain and distribution networks, you will have the opportunity to create experiences and solutions that enable companies to fully leverage these new capabilities to drive improved planning results (reduced costs, reduced capital and inventory, improved service, improved flexibility, and resiliency).

Skills and attributes for success

  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge across the planning stack (long-term planning, S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, detail scheduling, material planning, logistics planning, etc.)

  • Bring thought leadership to areas solution leaders related to market and technology trends to consider in solution development

  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop new offerings leveraging new and existing technologies which solve typical client business problems.

  • Ability to work closely with technology teams throughout the solution build lifecycle including requirements gathering, agile sprint builds, testing, and deployment

  • Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

  • Provide input into go-to-market messaging and value proposition for technology solutions in the overall solution portfolio

  • Provide input into internal activation messaging and solution training materials

  • Ability to promote alignment and collaboration with subject matter resources across service lines within your functional area of focus

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree

  • 10 years of related experience and at least five years of experience in Industrial Product company supply chain processes and technologies

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel at least 80% of the time. Successful candidates must work more than standard hours when necessary

  • A valid driver's license and passport

Ideally, you'll also have

  • A bachelor's degree or a master's degree focusing on engineering, supply chain, and/ or business

  • Experience applying digital technologies to improve supply chain performance (service, cost and capital, agility and resiliency) across the full planning stack

  • Approximately three years of recent supply chain consulting experience
