Description Supervisor Retail (296873) Schedule: FTE 1.0, Variable (must be able to work AM/PM and weekends) Supervisor supports and contributes to creating and maintaining the Starbucks Experience for customers through frontline/hands-on execution of daily store operations Ensures that customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products. Maintains a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable store environment. Sets and communicates daily goals with store staff to meet or exceed targets. Oversees daily key performance results and operational metrics; may assist with procurement, inventory, and labor management or other tracking and reporting functions. Diploma or GED Within 90 days of hire: National Serv-Safe Manager Certification required within ninety (90) days of hire Upon hire: National Food Handlers Permit/Card - State, County, City Authority Within 90 days of hire: First Aid AED Certification required within ninety (90) days of hire 4 years Extensive retail and food service experience 2 years Leadership experience including orientation, training, coaching and scheduling Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Food, Nutrition Services, Business, Operations, or related field 2 years Supervisor experience including staff hiring, development & performance evaluations Why Join Providence?
