Providence Supervisor PACE/Elderplace in Seattle, Washington

$3,000 Hiring Bonus for qualified external hires.
The PACE Operations Supervisor assists PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall functions and program activities as delegated by the Chief, Providence ElderPlace Seattle. This position supports the PACE Operations Site Manager in comprehensive population management of PACE (Program-of-All-Inclusive-Care for the Elderly) participants including, quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Social work, Business administration, or a health related field. Or equivalent educ/experience.
upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
2 years Experience in operations, including staff supervision and budgeting; including at least one year experience working with the elderly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree - Social work, Business Administration, or at health related field or equivalent educ/experience.
1 year - Experience in care management, population management and/or evidenced-based clinical care.
Experience with team-building and interpersonal conflict management.

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
