Collaborates with the outpatient pharmacy leadership team to ensure operational efficiency and leverage new opportunities, including the development and evaluation of business plans for existing and new programs. Collaborates with outpatient pharmacy leadership and the Manager, Pharmacy Business Operations to develop and implement strategic plan, projects, associated daily management systems, and continuous improvement and innovation initiatives intended to optimize the delivery of all outpatient pharmacy services.#LI-DJ1RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:- 5 years outpatient/retail pharmacy experience, especially as a Pharmacy Buyer and/or BillerRequired Credentials:- Licensed by the Washington State Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission as a Pharmacy TechnicianPreferred:- Working knowledge of 340B drug purchasing program - Prior supervisory or leadership experience- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field.Our Commitment to DiversityOur community welcomes diverse experiences, backgrounds, and thoughts as this is what drives our spirit of inquiry and allows us to better connect with our increasingly diverse patients and families.
