Here's where you come in:
We are looking for someone who loves building connections with others. That enjoys strategizing, consulting, and creating new programming for our employees across different departments. To be successful as a Senior Talent Development Partner, you must have 8-10+ years of experience in HR and Talent, Learning, and Development. A bonus would be experienced in instruction design and expertise in operations or project management.
As a consultant to the business, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs. In this role, you will advise customers through the evolving talent development initiatives. As a member of our Human Resources department, you will strategize daily with business and HR leaders to solve day-to-day problems. The Senior Talent Development Partner also leads all phases of the talent transformation project lifecycle from its design to deployment.
In partnership with the Talent Development team, you will make an impact by creating new projects like the design of multi-level leadership development programs. You will then develop and facilitate the instructional materials for training designs and participant materials for live, e-learning, and virtual training.
What we would like to see from you:
8-10+ years experience in HR and Talent, Learning, and Development
Agility and ability to quickly adapt to changing demands/environment
Exceptional consulting, advising and influencing capabilities
Strong customer service orientation
Strong decision making and sound judgment
Ability to design and implement training curriculum, desired
Must have strong MS Office skills and be above average in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must have exceptional communication skills including written and verbal with an ability to draw discussions to a conclusion, this includes speaking in front of a group as well as interacting with senior leaders within the company
