We are proud to offer package that includes competitive pay, generous vacation package, 7 paid holidays, and excellent benefit package for fulltime employees.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining the cleanliness of the food and beverage operations:Sweeping and mopping the entire kitchen, dish areas, restaurant line, and Banquet Pantry areas, and walk-in coolersWashing and clearing counters, shelves, and queensWashing dish area and kitchen matsAssisting the cafeteria attendant and cooks with set-up and breakdown and cleanliness of cafeteriaMonitoring trash and recycling levels in all areas, removing when neededWashing pots and pans and returning them to their proper place after cleaningScrubbing kettles, skillets, and all floor drainsFollowing all safety and security proceduresMaintaining supply of clean china, glassware, silver, etc. for all hotel outlets:Cleaning china, silverware, and glassware by operating dish machine or by hand as neededPlacing bus pans in cook's line; cleans dirty dishes as neededKeeping cook line well stocked with china/hot plates and saute pansKeeping glassware organized at all times, storing dishware in the proper locationPolishing all silver when neededEmptying all dirty dishware in the employee cafeteria, washing and returning to the proper locationAssisting in the breakdown of banquet functions; washing dishes from functionsCreates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectationsGives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest serviceListens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution, and follows through when resolving guest problemsProvides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basisAssumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest SatisfactionPerforms other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitalityPerforms other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our GuestRequirements/SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in similar position within an upscale restaurant environment is preferredExcellent attention to detailMust possess the ability to handle multiple tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust possess a team spirited attitude and a willingness to helpAbility to effectively communicate with department managers, team members and guests
