Job Description: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Develop high-quality RESTful web services and microservices using C#, .NET on Azure. Optimize microservices' performance, making sure they can handle increasing loads and maintain low latency. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to junior developers, and serve as a mentor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop services. Implement security measures, authentication, and authorization protocols, ensuring services are secure. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for services, APIs, and microservices, facilitating seamless integration for other teams and developers. Lead the architectural design of user interfaces, ensuring they are responsive and user-friendly. Create and maintain a reusable component library in Vue.js to promote consistency and efficiency across the application. Ensure the compatibility of UI components and features across different web browsers and platforms. Implement state management to handle application-wide data and ensure efficient communication between components. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow. Build Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and ensure the reliability of services in production environments. Engage in various industry workgroups, including HL7/FHIR Da Vinci, Clinical Quality Language (CQL), and Clinical Data Exchange (CDEX), contributing to the improvement of specifications and the development of implementation guides. Telecommuting permitted.

Job Requirements:  Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

 

Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:

 

  1. Building and maintaining content applications using SQL Server, Microsoft .NET technologies, XSLT, WebAPI, Tableau, and SSIS
  2. Participating in code and design reviews
  3. Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining U-SQL/ Azure Data Lake, T-SQL, SQL SPs/Views, DAX, and SSAS Tabular Model
  4. Developing Windows, Web, Window Services, and Web service applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, ASP.MVC, T-SQL, XAML, WCF, Silverlight Web API, LINQ, JSON, XML, and Entity Framework
  5. Developing Web based applications ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS and Java Script
  6. Big data platforms such as Azure Data Lake
  7. Designing, developing, and monitoring a Microsoft Aure App service using ASP.NET MVC, C#, Bootstrap, XML, D3.js.

Salary Range:                   $182,312 -- $214,500.
