This role is responsible for identifying areas of improvement based on tool structure, workflows, and master data management standards as we work to simplify the Ivanti salesforce instance. This role will function as a subject matter expert working cross-functionally with business partners to vet change requests and define solutions. This role will engage in the creation of integration processes and procedures to develop a standardized approach to future acquisition integration. A successful candidate for this role will be able to understand business challenges and develop a planned approach for implementation that included scope requirements and acceptance criteria for a successful implementation. You are a good fit for this role if you have a technical background and experience with salesforce applications, business process, and integrated tools.What You Will Be Doing:Drive standardization and change to the Ivanti core salesforce instance as we work towards Simplification, Lightning, and integrate future acquisitions.Work as a change management subject matter expert to review functionality requests and develop an operational roadmap aligning to organizational prioritiesDevelop and collaboratively implement solutions to simplify Ivanti's processes and tool infrastructureWork with our stakeholder community for feedback and future state operational designImplement an advanced approvals procedure for managing multiple review processesDesign sustainable and scalable automations with workflows, process builders, and flowsWork closely with IT, business stakeholder functions, integration teams, user support, and sales enablement to ensure all work meets the business needs while keeping user experience and scalability in mindWork with the user support and data analytics teams to develop applicable salesforce reportingManage applicable metrics across multiple projects simultaneouslyWork with technology and analytics teams to support the development of tools and dashboardsAlign to data governance standards, policies, and procedures for the control, protection, consistency and delivery of corporate data and information assets.Implement strategies for maintaining data quality, data integrity and performance metricsTo Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:5 years of experience in salesforce and adjacent applicationsFormal salesforce certifications with experience applying this knowledge within operational processesStrong understanding of Agile development and release processesExperience wit
