Blue Origin LLC Sr. Technical Program Manager in Seattle, Washington

This role is part of Enterprise Technology (ET), where we're developing the digital infrastructure needed to build the road to space, with an emphasis on digital capabilities required to advance Blue Origin's mission. Enterprise Technology is the center of excellence for digital technology at Blue Origin, providing oversight and governance to align technology and business strategies. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. Work with a diverse team to transform business needs into detailed tech plans, coordinating design, development, testing, and deployment across multiple teams. Collaborate closely with senior software engineers to meet business requirements. Track project achievements, manage risks, and prioritize tech needs. Dive into design details, clarify requirements, and ensure successful implementation. Report progress and address technical issues to collaborators. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role Outstanding project management and organizational skills Strong understanding of software development and system architecture Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field with equivalent experience. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: Experience in the aerospace or space exploration industry Familiarity with Agile methodologies 10-15+ years post graduate experience in software development or equivalent role Expert in Jira Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $140,959.00-$197,342.25 Other site ranges may differ Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
