We are looking someone to lead the execution of new streaming experiences in the context of Ads. Help us delight our viewers and advertiser in new innovations across our different platforms.

Key job responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work deeply with engineering teams on the design, implementation, and drive the delivery of large technology initiatives for Prime Video Ads. You will be responsible for leading initiatives spanning across teams of software engineers, designing and building innovative software solutions for our customers. You will need to be an excellent leader and bridge across various parts of Tech, Product, and UX.

We recently led the high-profile launch of Prime Video's Ads offering in January 2024, and are continuing to launch new products and features for our customers and partners world-wide.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
