Our opportunity:

In this role, you will be directly involved in the enablement of employees, partners, customers, and the future workforce. You will be responsible for developing key curriculums for Automation Anywhere partnering with the product organization and the Go-to-market teams by identifying learning requirements on an on-going basis aligned with key business imperatives.

The candidate must maintain demonstrated ability in working cross-organizationally, working very effectively with virtual teams and across multiple countries/regions. They must actively embrace challenges, thrive on solving tough problems, demonstrate passion about learning and how it impacts the future adoption of RPA and Automation Anywhere products.

Location: Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Using instructional design expertise to analyze, design, and develop effective and engaging instructional materials that meet audience needs

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and technical experts to understand and define training requirements and propose appropriate learning solutions that successfully address the needs of the audience

  • Developing technical training content for customers, partners, and employees using sound writing, communication, and instructional design principles and strategies

  • Designing demos, simulations, labs, job aids, assessment questions, etc.

  • Conducting design and content reviews effectively and in a timely manner with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders

  • Understanding the FortressIQ courses and curriculums and build a plan to elevate, automate, and migrate curriculum to the AAU platform.

  • Building advance labs, provide learning solutions that are highly creative and be the point person for all aspects of FortressIQ curriculum.

  • Working with vendor resources to produce and deliver all projects on-time, within scope, and within budget

  • Attaining good level of knowledge of Automation Anywhere products

  • Actively collaborating with peers and contribute to internal discussions and internal projects involving process improvement, process documentation, team engagement, metrics analysis and collection, innovative thinking, etc.

  • Project managing all aspects of planning and development of courses and serve as the representative on product team meetings regularly reporting status updates

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 7+ years curriculum development experience in the technology products industry

  • Undergraduate in Science, Instructional Design, or Liberal Arts

  • Post graduate or Diploma Holder in Instructional Design or Literature

  • Expertise in developing technical and product curriculums including writing assessments and certifications is a must

  • Excellent working knowledge of training development tools including Articulate 360, Camtasia, Video editing and other standard industry tools

  • Keen understanding of learning industry technologies and practical knowledge of applying instructional design principles and modern learning practices needed

  • Working knowledge of Learning Management System is preferred

You excel in these key competencies:

  • Technical aptitude, ability to comprehend complex technical topics and present it to the learners with accuracy and clarity both in Instructor Led and eLearning formats

  • Proficient in curriculum development process and tools across all formats - eLearning, ILT, vILT, certification, video, etc.

  • Ability to quickly learn RPA technology

  • Ability to perform job functions at appropriate level with the required attention to detail

  • Good analytical skills to establish priorities and manage work plans individually at project and program level

  • Good business acumen and project management skills to successfully execute, communicate, and to manage risks
