Additional Compensation Details: Salary $90k-$117k annually, Dependent on Experience Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure Responsibilities The Role Job Summary: This senior role within Seattle IT Coprate division is a hybrid role including a blend of vendor management/lead duties as well as certain administrative/technical responsibilities. This individual will provide support for our Network, Windows Servers and Desktop, Cluster Virtualization, Cloud Computing , Application support, Software Distribution and Remote Sites support. Will provide support for our Office applications, Scripting, Back-up, Data Bases, Active Directory as well as handling system integration as needed. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of complex systems and servers. Independently solves complex system problems. Key player in system installations and major upgrades. Executes the installation of new systems. Assists with the suitability analysis and possible implementation issues of new systems. Independently performs major parts of system upgrades. Analyzes and executes system patches. Responsible for execution of complex tasks related to resolution of major system administration issues. Ensures system administration standards are followed and advises managers on the need for changes to standards and policies. Executes backup's and manages major elements of disaster recovery plans. Independently manages storage devices Performs the running of all daily, weekly, and period end IT procedures according to pre-established schedule and procedures. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Maintains and updates IT operations documentation in a current and timely manner. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs system applications, hardware and computer peripherals. Responds to user telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. Ensures company policies and procedures are followed. Other projects as assigned. Must have advanced written communication skills Products knowledge: QuickBooks; Reports; Data Warehouse support; In tune; SCCM; Eview; Microsoft Azure; DocLink; Kofax; Bk-ups Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field is preferred. 5-10 years of practical experience.
