What You'll Do In partnership with product management, work directly with our Sales and Marketing organizations to translate business problems into actionable uses cases and roadmaps prioritized for maximum business impact. Support workshops & discussions with Sales & Marketing organizations and product management to extract critical business requirements. Prepare and document process designs, technical requirements and artifacts. Support solution governance, manage technical debt, and ensure high reusability of common features. Analyze current & future state processes to streamline user experience & enhance usability of the Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as data, analytics, DevOps, and Sales Training ensuring enterprise standards are adhered. Manage & support an iterative Salesforce release schedule. What You'll Bring A minimum of 5+years of Salesforce experience bringing Salesforce solutions to market from design to implementation High proficiency in writing technical requirements and user stories.
