About the Role: The Revenue Operations team is responsible for creating, maintaining, and continually improving PitchBook's systems that support our client-facing roles in Sales and Customer Success. This team works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to drive efficiency, accuracy, and revenue growth. PitchBook's Senior Salesforce Administrator ensures we optimize and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem to drive efficiency and productivity across various business functions. You will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance user experience and support our business objectives. Primary Job Responsibilities: Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Salesforce Service Cloud to support the needs of different departments such as sales, finance, and customer service Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within Salesforce Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to automate business processes and improve data integrity Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end-users Stay updated on new Salesforce features and releases, assess their impact on existing configurations, and recommend enhancements Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process diagrams, and training materials Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze comple
