As Sr. Recruiting Manager you will partner closely with business leaders to understand current hiring needs and provide work direction to a high performing team. The leader of this team will drive relationships with hiring teams and candidates by developing analytics, reporting and scalable best in class processes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to mentor new talent and lead the way for highly experienced professionals. This position will partner closely with a team of collaborative HR and Finance peers.This position is a People Management roles and reports to the Leader of Product and Development RecruitingResponsibilitiesHire, manage and mentor recruiters in North America focused on hiring for Technical candidates in a highly competitive SaaS market. Manage the staffing function and all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidatesSet team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progressConduct periodic training of recruiters, identifying specific relevant learning opportunities in order to practice and implement effective consultative and recruitment skills.Act as an advisor to senior leadership providing functional expertise, market-related intelligence, and forecasting on employment issues and trends.Work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.Develop innovative and creative strategies to attract high tech talent.Employ initiatives that assist stakeholders in achieving their hiring targets.Learn current methods for maintaining metrics and continue to develop and improve reporting to align with the needs of the business.Continue to iterate and expand our current cadence of stakeholder MBR/QBR's.Maintain a strong relationship with the Finance and HR Business Partner teams to ensure the department is fully leveraged to meet the quarterly and annually hiring demands.Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.Deliver reporting on pipeline, forecast and other metrics to senior TA leadershi
