Welcome to Central Devices Diversity (CDD) - a team of recruiters, program managers, and researchers working together to augment Devices and Services Talent Acquisition (DSTA)'s diversity recruitment through strategic and purposeful initiatives!As a Sr. Communication Program Manager for Amazon's Devices and Services Talent Acquisition Centralized Diversity team, you will a lead our communications strategy for both Amazon internal employees and external candidates with a strong emphasis on building programs and strategies to support under-represented populations. In this role, you will exercise your creative writing skills to craft high quality communications such as business reviews, candidate communication, marketing collateral, and strategy documents for senior level leaders, in order to drive adoption to our diversity tenets. You will utilize your strong sense of ownership, ability to insist on the highest standards, and curiosity. You are a meticulous project manager, and yet quick to take action-from Amazon document writing, to internal communications, to internal event management, you are a program manager who can wear many hats.The right candidate will possess strong business acumen along with deep expertise in leading large projects/programs across multiple teams. They thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities; and have excellent verbal/written communication skills and comfort in communicating with Senior Leaders. They are able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, as well as roll up their sleeves, dig in and get the job done.Role Responsibilities:* Provide day-to-day consultation with internal stakeholders around areas such as building and maintaining internal intranet pages, metrics tracking, devising strategy, connecting dots between efforts across the organization, and ensuring that we are communicating our current efforts, successes, and partnership opportunities across the organization. * Support Internal Comms, and assist with stories for our company intranet to engage and inform our employees* Create opportunities to increase adoption of tools, resources, and data points in a systematically trackable way* Manage our internal recruiting teams "create" pages through our content management system* Manage the creation of various virtual lounges, networking events, and similar opportunities for internal employees and external candidates* Assist in content creation, in partnership with our Branding team, for large scale internal/external events* Curate content from various stakeholders to write progress reports, strategy docs, business reviews, and reflection documents* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements* 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects* 5+ years of experience in program or project management* 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams* Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience* Experience with enterprise-level projects* Demonstrated success creating high-impact documents in digestible formats and presentations* Proven high caliber writing skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
