Want to be part of a team that is helping redefine the future of video advertising? Prime Video Ads is seeking to hire a Sr. Program Manager to join the PV Ad Product Program Management team and own the Voice of Customer (VOC) program.

Video advertising is rapidly evolving as customers shift their viewing experiences from traditional linear TV to streaming via connected devices. Prime Video is a rising player in this space. We have differentiated assets in terms of consumer experiences and audience insights against a breadth of exclusive content which positions us well for the long-term.

As the Sr. Program Manager, VOC, you will create and own the strategy of the Voice of Customer program for PV Ads. you will review customer feedback across various channels, identify top themes, and develop mechanisms to report and action VOC to improve the PV ads experience.

This position will be instrumental in helping govern key inputs into our team's strategic planning and roadmap of initiatives that will help change how advertisers engage with consumers via streaming media around the world. You will partner with Customer Service and support our product teams. Your work will be fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You'll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

Key job responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and oversee the PV Ads VOC program to inform product, engineering, and go-to-market priorities and business approach.

• Work across multiple global organizations including customer service, product, and engineering to align on and achieve objectives.

• Provide regular program updates and share insights with stakeholders from all levels of the organization including directors and above.

• Operate with autonomy, showing high judgment in decisions that impact customer experience.

• Measure and drive adoption of the program across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
