International Seller Services (ISS) enables over thousands of US sellers worldwide to list their products for sale to Amazon customers through WW logistics solutions. US Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products and are a critical part of Amazon's vision to offer the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices.

International Seller Services (ISS) is looking for a Senior Program Manager based in Seattle with a strong delivery record and proven program management experience to own operational, tactical, and cross-functional projects and programs within US Global Sales. These roles require the ability to create, implement and improve processes, coordinating for, and driving execution of approved programs, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process changes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US Seller’s Experience including logistics processes, credible understanding of the FBA and MFN ecosystem, experience building goals and business audit mechanisms and reporting upward to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of WW program or project management experience

2+ years of Supply chain management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

Key job responsibilities

  • Work with multiple stakeholders in the ISS organization to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs for a growing US global selling business partnering alongside the Amazon logistics network.

  • Analyze thoroughly the end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement and evaluate the impact of system configuration changes on service quality, process efficiency, and speed to the customer

  • Define areas of focus/opportunity supported by analysis, develop solutions, identify owners, set delivery/ completion dates and set up mechanisms to ensure programs are on track.

  • Track actual performance of changed process and system to ensure meeting the set business goals, and take immediate action for correction and prevention of process failures.

  • Create and execute project roadmaps to improve process visibility and build mechanisms to enforce process accountability with cross functional stakeholders in US and UK/Europe.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance process efficiency.

  • Manage external logistics partners (e.g. 3PL, carriers) to build a quick win solution to improve SX penetrating WW Amazon store

  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics.

  • Train teams on new processes and ensure effective communication of changes.

Basic Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
