On the Delivery Experience team, we are constantly innovating to help our customers get even faster delivery, on an ever-broader assortment of products, with ambitious goals to expand these global delivery services to more and more cities each year.To drive the expansion of those offerings, we are looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager with a strong track record of delivering results and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects related to growing our fastest delivery programs in the United States. This role will help manage US Same Day programs, enabling Amazon to continue to push the envelope when it comes to delivery speed. The Senior Program Manager will drive key strategic decisions around the geographic footprint, capacity allocation, and profitability of Same Day offerings along with a focus on experimentation to deliver our customers the optimal blend of convenience and speed.You are results oriented and have thrived and succeeded in operating a new business in a highly ambiguous environment. You know how to be scrappy but operate as part of a larger team and business. The role requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and operational focus. You will need to develop new processes, leveraging the best and creating the rest.
