The Grocery Private Brands team is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to drive Pricing strategy, operations, and technology in Amazon Fresh grocery stores. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in Amazon's start-up consumables-focused environment.This role is both creative and data driven - we need someone who can support our grocery private brands products and evolve our pricing tools and processes as they stand today, helping us think big about competitive strategy, defect reduction, price perception, scalability, and long-term automation. The role will own building strategy docs to define the vision for their area of ownership, determine the impact to the business, and influence the product roadmap and prioritization.Key job responsibilities-The ideal candidate should have analytic horsepower coupled with a passion for fixing things.-S/he will be an excellent collaborator with the ability to effectively partner cross-functionally with product management, retail vendor management, finance, technology, and business analytics teams.-The successful candidate will need to be able to Dive Deep to provide analytical support for future pricing strategy changes and uncover opportunities to improve process.-The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.-Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key.-The successful candidate will be self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team-We seek an individual who is motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment.* 5+ years of experience in program or project management* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements* Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership* Experience with Amazon pricing systems a plus* Tableau and SQL skills a plusAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
