New Seller Success Team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and innovative Sr. Program Manager, who will own both on-boarding and program optimization initiatives. We're looking for passionate individuals who love to innovate, thrive in ambiguity and create world-class experiences that will impact Selling Partners. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong client management and internal stakeholder skills, with the keen ability to identify and prioritize the right inputs and outputs to deliver on agreed service levels. They will be able to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced work environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

Program Managers are responsible for driving business growth and delivering a positive experience with our program. They will look to drive efficiencies for our Account Managers and accelerate business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving and facilitating complex projects focusing on results and metric measurement.

  • Assisting with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes.

  • Designing scaled processes by gathering functional requirements, identifying resources needed, and defining milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the projects.

  • Influencing stakeholders (including OEM leadership, Business Development (BD), and Customer Service (CS)) outside your direct area of responsibility to ensure delivery.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and remove roadblocks within projects.

  • Driving accountability from stakeholders for progress on key program actions through active engagement and escalation.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Seller Central knowledge

  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools, processes, and decision support.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong service mindset and ability to use metrics to measure service levels.

  • Experience in setting up or refining operational metrics.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
