Brand Content and Optimization team helps Selling Partners succeed in the Amazon Store by creating and optimizing rich content experiences intended to showcase their brand story and additional product feature information that can help Customers make informed purchase decisions. We provide Brands with creative tools for generating content in industry leading formats (A+ Brand Marketing Content), and take the guess work out of content optimization by enabling brand owners to A/B test different versions of their creative content (Manage Your Experiments). We are a global program with a scaled portfolio of feature functionality, and we continuously work to implement intuitive user experiences intended to help Selling Partners deliver the best possible CX, while also striving for operational excellence. We are looking for a customer obsessed Sr. Program Manager to join our team to help redesign the mechanisms we use to stay connected with our users, incubate new features for improving Customer experience, and drive program growth.

We are looking for someone with a broad background in program management, strong business acumen, who takes ownership of their work, and is focused on customer needs. The successful candidate will have an ability to make data-driven conclusions and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The candidate will need to be a collaborator who can work with internal and external teams to define and implement solutions that will yield benefits to Amazon customers around the world. The successful candidate will also be able to communicate crisply in non-technical terms to senior management.

In this role you will,

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists and UX designers to design and implement solutions to complex product and operational problems,

• Develop scalable mechanisms to collect user feedback and prioritize initiatives to improve user experience

• Partner with marketing teams to develop scaled marketing campaigns and drive program adoption WW

• Collaborate with product and science teams to set up and drive large scale experiments to test new creative content formats and analyze Customer engagement metrics

• Conduct market research and analysis to learn about shopper preferences, user needs, and competitive landscape for brand content creation and optimization tools

• Establish and manage relationships with international stakeholders, identify and pursue store-specific opportunities, including channel and international expansion

• Own and execute on the internal stakeholder strategy for upcoming program changes

• Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
